Vintage R and E Mfg. Skeleton Key on Ball Chain Necklace
Vintage R & E Mfg. skeleton key on a hardware strength long ball chain necklace. The vintage steel R & E Mfg. Co. (Russel & Erwin Co.) steel skeleton key has writing on front - R & E Mfg. Co. on top with New Britain, CT. USA on bottom and the number 3 on other side of key. The key has some wear as would be expected on a vintage key. The skeleton key is attached with a small split ring to the 29" heavy duty nickel plated hardware ball chain. The key measures approximately 2 3/4" long.
Please note that this item is made with reclaimed, recycled or rescued metal. Exact alloys may be unknown. The piece may contain marks, small dips, dents, scratches, grinding marks, etc. that make the metal piece unique. These characteristics should be expected on a one-of-a-kind piece such as this.
