Industrial Wheel Crank Sculpture Bookend by Julie Kindt
Industrial Wheel Crank Sculpture Bookend. This wheel has been repurposed to become a stand-alone sculpture to add an industrial touch in any decor. The piece is heavy enough to be used as a bookend as well. Some of the original black paint has rubbed off to show bright paint colors underneath. The steel has general wear and small dents as expected in a reclaimed object.
Steel rods have been welded on the bottom to stabilize and level the wheel, then ground down for an organic finish. Use the piece on a non-scratch or matted surface. The fixed hand lever provides balance. This steel wheel may eventually show some surface rust as part of the natural patina process. Simply rub with fine steel wool or leave it go.
Measures approximately 8" tall x 8" wide x 3 3/4" deep. Book props not included.
